The design of malda hand pump is based on a buoyant pump rod that is directly articulated by the user, discharging water in both up and down strokes. It suitable for lifting water from depths of 1 to 15 meters. This kind of pump eliminates every possibility of contamination with proper bore sealing, without need of any priming (as required in the case of suction pumps). Malda hand pump creates required force to draw ground water stored in geological formation below the ground, which has been found to be biologically safe for human consumption. Malda has been specially designed to be used in boreholes and in drug wells. The pump conforms to the quality standards of skat, switzerland. These pumps are easy to install and maintain. Most of the repair and job can done with simple hand tools only. Construction all the 'below ground' components, riser main pipes & pump rods are made of hdpe. The pump stand assembly and pedestal assembly are hot dip galvanized conforming to iso 1461 for protection against corrosion. The coating thickness pedestal assembly and pump stand is 70 to 80 microns.

The robust design with non-corrosive underground components guarantees a completely hassle free operation. Inexpensive and easy to install, Afridev hand pumps can also be easily handled by women. They are provided with special adjustable handle to suit varying installation depths.

Extra Deep Well Mark ll

Extra Deep Well Mark ll

Extra Deep Well Pumps are exclusively used for extracting water from greater depths. They are suitable for static water levels varying between 50 and 90 meters, where placement of cylinders can be upto 85 meters. While most of the features are similar to the Mark II Pump, the head assembly is slightly different, the handle is thicker and the cylinder assembly is a combination of the mark 2 and mark 3 components. The Extra Deepwell can be provided with round or square flange pedestal instead of legs.

This PVC cylinder, while imparting the same functions as that of cast iron cylinder, is also light in weight thereby providing ease of handling and enhances the life of the riser pipes and also it is easier to install in deeper bore holes.RISER PIPE : 32 mm GI pipe of medium class with solid coupler should be used to join one pipe with the other, or 32 mm uPVC pipes of heavy duty construction with coupler arrangement has been exclusively developed by ANEESH INTERNATIONAL. Stainless steel riser pipes with SS male & female couplers at each end can also be supplied upon request.
MAINTENANCE / REPAIRA set of standard spare parts accompany each pump to sustain two years of operation and maintenance at community level.The time involved for change of cup washer will be about 2 hours. The riser pipes can be removed easily for replacement of washers.It is advised to use standard toolkit and special toolkit (supplied separately) for effective, village level operation and maintenance.

India Mark II Deep Well Hand Pumps

India Mark II are reliable community hand pumps, suitable for use in boreholes having static water level ranging from 50 to 85 mts. The pump's body parts are Hot-Dip Galvanized for additional strength and durability. Complete Stainless Steel Cylinder with Stainless Steel Plunger and Foot Valve assemblies can also be supplied upon request. Clients can also opt for pedestal with Round or Square Flange instead of Legs.

This uPVC Cylinder, while imparting the same function, as that of Cast Iron Cylinder is also light in weight, resulting in ease of handling and it also enhances the life of the Riser Pipes.RISER PIPE: 32 mm GI Pipe of Medium Class Solid Coupler should be used to join one pipe with the other, or 32 mm uPVC Pipes of heavy duty construction with SS Coupler arrangement has been exclusively developed by BALAJI.
